Brewing the success story of Indian Coffee in Iceland!

Embassy of India, Reykjavik in collaboration with the Coffee Board of India, hosted an Indian Coffee Promotion Event in Reykjavik on 17 April to showcase the wide variety of Indian Coffee. Ambassador R Ravindra explained about the legacy and evolution of Indian Coffee. Ms Elínrós Líndal, Journalist from MBL delivered a presentation on the Coffee culture in Iceland. Embassy showcased the film titled "Coffee Country" which traced the growth and production of coffee juxtaposed with customs and festivals of Coorg, Karnataka. It was followed by a lively discussion and coffee tasting. Importers of coffee in Iceland, representatives/ owners of cafe chains, and coffee enthusiasts participated in the event.
